For a moment I thought this might be the ultra-scarce Rattle Grasshopper when I first noticed it on my patio steps after I’d just finished mowing the lawn. Then I thought it might actually be one of the three British Ground-hoppers, but now I’ve had a good look at it enlarged as a photograph, I’m not sure what it is!
